Dairy Free Dip!

Since last week's recipe sharing was a success I decided to share another VERY easy one. Easy and delicious is perfect for summer. In the winter I am willing to take a little bit more time to cook, but when its gorgeous out and the roof deck is calling, the quicker the better.

I don't eat any dairy and because of this, dips aren't always my thing. Lots of them having cream cheese, mayo or other cheese related things. So I love when I find a perfect, dairy free combination to entertain with.
3 diced avocados
Half a finely diced red onion
A container of reduced fat Feta cheese (goat's milk is a-ok)
3 ears of corn (cut off the cob)

Thats it! Does it get more simple than this?? And it was amazing!!! Such a hit. One of my friends even took it home and ate it the next day on toast. YUM.

  19. That looks delish. I can't believe you can't do dairy, I would die. I guess that probably helps keep you safe from plowing through food a parties though.
