Your Favorites: Rebecca June

Today is another post in the "Your Favorites" series!! My favorite. I will never get sick of these peeks into bloggers' homes. Today we have Becca from Rebecca June. Hers was one of the very first blogs I discovered when I began blogging. Her home is absolutely gorgeous. So comfortable and cozy with a touch of glamor. Just the way I like it.

My Favorite Room
My current favorite room is my Dining Room.  While rarely used it holds some of my favorite things. My beautiful books, my gorgeous ghost chairs, and the moulding I had put on the wall.

My Favorite Textile
My favorite textile is happens to be this luggage colored leather pillow that I fell in love with at Pottery Barn several years ago.  Every time it gets a knick, or worn, it just looks better and better.  Plus, what room couldn't use a little leather?

My Favorite piece of Art
My Favorite piece of art is also my biggest!  Nicole Cohen from Sketch 42 was kind enough to make this dreamy watercolor 'Rainbow Map' for me in the bigger than life size.  It makes me happy when I see it and the punch of color is just what my room Living Room needed.

My Favorite Piece of Furniture

My Favorite piece of furniture is actually the set of four Ghost Chairs that my parents gave my husband and I as our wedding gift.  I had loved those chairs but could never fathom buying a set for myself.  So I was blown away that after throwing us this beyond gorgeous wedding they were also going to purchase a huge gift that would make my home an even happier place.

My Favorite Miscellaneous Item

I love my disco ball!  It is a little random and however when the lights hit it and they reflect on the ceiling of my house in the afternoon, I feel a little better no matter what my day has been like.

PS I am over at A Simple Affair sharing my favorite things that start with B, check it out!

  31. Hi there! I am a new blogger on the block and found you by way of Christine at Bijou and Boheme (equally big fan of hers), and now I am so excited to have found you. L.O.V.E that your parents gave you those ghost chairs. I have recently consigned both our dining room chairs and have sent off our kitchen table and another drop leaf table.. My rule of thumb is I can't buy anything until something sells! Needless to say, I can't wait for my new dining room when the time comes. Yours has inspired me :). AND.. I have a disco ball hanging in my living room! Love it and perfect reason to throw a party.
