Some recent excitement, followed by disappointment, has left me thinking about decorating a new home. I love our condo now, there really isn't much I would change, but if I had the chance to start over again I would do something totally different.
Being a designer just teaches you how many different styles you actually like.

White kitchens, luxe fabrics, rich colors. Pretty different than where I'm at now huh? A girl can dream.

ReplyDeleteOur home is still a very blank canvas since moving in about a year ago. We still have some empty spaces and a lot of untouched walls. We were just talking last night on what direction we want to take it all. He is very rustic (would live in a log cabin in the woods if I let him) and I love clean lines with soft textures. We'll see what our different ideas come up with!

ReplyDeleteI think I love about 2348053 different styles, so I'm trying to convince my beau to buy a mountain house, beach house, nyc apartment, hollywood hills home, .... so that I can decorate in all the fab styles I adore! The only thing I keep forgetting- we're not rich. At least you get to live vicariously through all of your clients!

ReplyDeleteI love how each of Bailey's houses is completely different but she uses and re-uses the same pieces over again! P.S. I LOVE your condo - but I also love to see your work so if you change anything, just make sure to document it for the rest of us to see! :)
ReplyDeleteI've been feeling the urge to start totally over too lately- LOVE that yellow bed/that bedroom and the profile on the kitchen cabinets...so lovely!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh!!!! There is so much! I would re-do our kitchen and have storage like in the last picture...of course I'd have to have an endless supply of money for that. And if I had a bajillion dollars, I would fly you and Christine down every week to help me decorate! xo
